Introducing yConnect, a comprehensive tool that aims to provide Y members and groups with an enhanced community and experience.

 <li>Access pre-set workout plans or create your own</li>
 <li>Explore over 3000 exercises and activities that come with clear 3D video instructions</li>

 <li>Engage with various groups</li>
</ul>
Select workouts online and synchronize them with the app to exercise conveniently at home or at the Y, while effortlessly tracking your progress. With your Y Healthy Living Coach in conjunction with this app, you will be motivated to reach your goals as well as connect with your community!
You also have the option to sync this app with Apple Health App. Enabling this feature will allow any workout you engage in through the Health app to automatically be added to your Activity Calendar.
